Chema Flex 200
Chema Flex 200 is a high-flexibility, single-component waterproofing product with an acrylic base, designed for a variety of applications. As a single-component solution, it requires no mixing, making it exceptionally easy to use and suitable for application by non-skilled labor. This product exhibits fast-drying properties and offers excellent resistance to UV radiation, water, moisture, and salts, ensuring it is weatherproof. It provides strong bonding to both new and old coated metal surfaces and is ideal for waterproofing roofs, tiles, and wet areas like bathrooms and kitchens.

Application Instructions
• Clean The Surfaces: Ensure the application surface is clean before starting.
• Stir Well: Stir the coating thoroughly.
• Apply First Layer: Apply the first coat using a paint roller or a brush.
• Apply Second Layer: After 4 hours, or once the first layer is dry, apply the second layer in the opposite direction of the first.
Notes:
• Clean up equipment or tools with water immediately after using the Chema Flex 200.
• Cured material can be removed mechanically.
Consumption Rate
• A 15 kg pail covers approximately
• 15 m2 for two coats.
• The approximate consumption rate is 1 kg/m2 for two coats.
