Facade Finishing System
Fomina is composed of the following layers:
• Adhesive Layer
• Flame Retardant Foam
• Anti-Cracks and also Protection Layer (Meshless)

Application Instructions

• Cut the Piece: First, cut the Fomina piece according to the required angles.
• Next, apply Adhesive: spread CHEMA Adhesive on the piece, keeping in mind that the recommended adhesive mortar is ready to use by simply adding water.
• Fix the Piece: Then, fix the piece in its designated place. For better alignment, it is recommended to use bolts under a line to ensure it remains straight.
• Mechanical Installation: After that, use anchor bolts for mechanical installation in order to secure the piece firmly.
• Finish Joints: Subsequently, repair the joints and cover the bolts using Fomina coating. It is also recommended to fill the joints with CHEMA Adhesive 102 for a more durable finish.
• Prepare for Painting: Finally, prepare the surface carefully for the final painting stage.
