Storage & Shelf life
• Store panels in a covered, ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Avoid stacking on edges or near sparks/flames.
• Panels must be covered within 24 hours after installation to prevent UV exposure.
• Indefinite shelf life under proper storage conditions.
Packaging
• Supplied in various thicknesses and sheet sizes according to project requirements.
• Each type is color-coded and labeled for identification (Basic / Standard / Pro / Advanced).
Application
• To begin with installation timing, it’s best to install panels in the early morning or before sunset. This is because it helps avoid exposing them to strong, direct sunlight.
• Following this same principle of managing heat, if the installation surface (concrete or membrane) is too hot, it must be cooled first by spraying water.
• Finishing: After installing the panels, it is important to proceed immediately with the finishing step in order to protect them from direct sunlight. Therefore, the panels should be covered with a light cement layer, which serves as the final protective finish.
• Finally, and most importantly, do not leave panels uncovered for more than 24 hours, as this will prevent damage from prolonged ultraviolet light exposure.
