Chema XBoard is a high-performance heat, water, and sound insulation panel for interior and exterior applications. It is constructed from an Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) foam core, reinforced with fiberglass mesh, and coated with a polymer-modified cementitious layer on both sides. This makes it an ideal, easy-to-use solution for insulating walls, bathrooms, and cooling rooms.

Installation Tips

CHEMA XBOARD is installed on flat surfaces such as concrete, brick, wood, or metal frames
using:
• A thin layer of adhesive (CHEMA ADHESIVE 102)
• Mechanical fasteners such as screws and anchors
• Additional mechanical fixation can be used if needed
• Joints are treated using joint filler and waterproof sealing tape
