Chema Smart Coat is one of Chema Foam‘s products is a single-component, cement-based, polymer-modified putty powder designed for smoothing interior and exterior plastered walls and ceilings before painting.

Uses
• Smoothing cement-plastered walls and ceilings prior to painting or coating.
• Filling and patching minor surface imperfections on concrete and plastered surfaces.
• Ideal for both interior and exterior applications.

Application Instructions
1. Surface Preparation:
• Ensure the surface is clean and free of dust, oil, grease, and any loose particles.
• Substrates should be strong and cured for at least 3 days.

2. Mixing:
• Mix a 20 kg bag with 6-7 liters of water.
• Mix for 3-5 minutes to achieve a uniform paste.

3. Application:
• Apply the putty using a trowel or sprayer. For optimal results, apply in two layers.
• Allow the first layer to dry for at least 2 hours before applying the second layer.
• The maximum thickness per layer is 4 mm.

Consumption Rate
Approximately 10−12 m2 per 20 kg bag.
