Chema Rapid
Chema Rapid is a special liquid admixture specifically formulated to accelerate the setting time of concrete and to help produce high early strength. It is a ready-to-use product that is soluble in water and can be added directly to the concrete mix. This admixture is beneficial for projects requiring faster form stripping, such as in precast concrete, and for construction in cold weather conditions. Chema Rapid is free of chlorides, provides corrosion protection, and complies with the ASTM C494 type C standard.

Technical Data
• Color: Pale Straw.
• From: Liquid.
• Density: 1.2±0.03 g/cm³.
• pH: 6-7.
• Chloride Content: Nil (%).
• Typical Dosage: 2-6% cement weight but you shouldn’t add it to dry cement.
• Dosage Adjustments: Water content in the mix should be adjusted accordingly. Dosages outside the typical range can be used if supported by extensive trial mixes and laboratory tests.
Storage & Shelf Life
The Chema Rapid has a shelf life of 12 months when stored at a temperature between 2°C to 50°C.

• 220 Kg (barrel drum).
• 1200 Kg (tank).
