Packaging:
Supplied as a 30 kg kit:
• 20 kg powder bag
• 10 kg resin container
Installation & Coverage
• Mixing Ratio: 2:1 (20 kg powder: 10 kg resin).
• Coverage: One 30 kg kit covers approx. 15 m² at a 2 mm thickness (2 coats).
Application Steps:
• Clean and prepare the surface.
• Mix powder and resin thoroughly.
• Apply the first coat evenly.
• Allow the first coat to dry fully.
• Apply the second coat (~1 mm) perpendicular to the first.
Storage & Shelf Life:
Shelf Life: Chema Proof 111 can be stored for 12 months in an unopened packaging.
Storage: Keep in a dry, shaded area. Protect from sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperatures. Use the oldest material first.
