Installation & Coverage
• Mixing Ratio: 3:1 (15kg powder: 5kg resin)
• Coverage: 20kg kit covers ~8 m² at 2mm thickness (2 layers).
Application Steps:
1. Clean the surface thoroughly.
2. Mix powder and resin components until uniform.
3. Apply the first coat and allow it to dry.
4. Apply the second coat (1mm) perpendicular to the first.
Packaging
Chema Proof 109 is supplied as a 20kg kit (15kg powder + 5kg resin).
Storage & Shelf Life
• Store in a clean, dry area, away from humidity, sunlight, and extreme temperatures.
• Shelf life: 12 months in unopened original packaging.
