Chema Foam Crete is one of Chema Foam‘s products it’s a special compound added to cement mixtures to produce lightweight concrete and foam concrete.

• Recommended Dose: 0.1% – 0.5% by weight of cement, depending on the required density (from 400 to 1600 kg/m 3) and the type of aggregate used.

Method of Use
1. A suitable foam generator must be used to produce pre-foam by feeding it a mixture of Chema Foam Crete, drinking water, and compressed air.
2. Mix Chema Foam Crete with water at a ratio of 1-14.
3. The initial foam is fed into a cement mortar (containing water and sand) or a cement-water-only mix and blended for 3-5 minutes for a homogeneous mixture.
4. After mixing, pump the foamed concrete and place it at the required thickness and slope.
5. The optimal dosage for any special concrete mix must be determined through on-site tests.

Storage & Shelf Lif
The product has a shelf life of 12 months when stored at a temperature between 5°C to 40°C.
