Chema Foam was established in 1987, with the aim of providing smart and innovative engineering solutions and implementing advanced building systems.
EXPANDED OUR CAPACITY
Established an EPS factory with one of the highest production capacities in the Egyptian market.
FIRST MAJOR ACHIEVEMENT
The company has obtained a patent for Chema Block product.
THE FIRST XPS STEP
Launched the company’s first XPS foam production line, entering a new era of insulation manufacturing.
GROWING STRONGER
Started the second XPS foam line, achieving the highest production capacity in Egypt.
SCALING UP
Introduced the third XPS foam line—further strengthening leadership with the highest national production capacity.
GEOTECH PRODUCT EXPANSION
Launched Geofoam Soil Solutions products, supporting lightweight fill and geotechnical applications.
ADVANCED WATERPROOFING
Introduced a full range of waterproofing products, enhancing the construction solutions portfolio.
DIVERSIFYING MATERIAL SOLUTIONS
Expanded into dry mix products, including ceramic adhesives and concrete additives.
INNOVATION CONTINUES
Entered the world of lightweight construction with the launch of the Ultra Light product—strengthening Chema Foam’s role in modern building technologies.
THE FUTURE OF FACADE SYSTEMS
